Real-world evidence and healthcare analytics leader

I'm Sonick. I've spent eight years generating evidence from real-world data for global pharmaceutical clients: medical and pharmacy claims, EHR data, chart abstraction from clinical notes and lab reports, and HCP surveys.

My recent work is in neurology. I've studied how patients reach anti-amyloid therapy in Alzheimer's disease, why they stop, and how multiple sclerosis therapies are used in routine care. I also lead teams that use real-world data to find patients for clinical trials.

I care about fit-for-purpose data: clear definitions, quality checks you can show a reviewer, and AI tools validated before anyone trusts them.

    • Lead a six-person team turning trial eligibility criteria into cohort definitions on real-world data for Alzheimer's and focal epilepsy studies.
    • Led Python and LLM pipelines that convert lab reports into analysis-ready variables, validated for PPV, sensitivity and F1.
    • Own end-to-end delivery of RWD feasibility and enrolment programmes across a multi-study portfolio.

  2. Senior RWE Analyst

    • Foundation hire who helped build the RWE and clinical trial function from the ground up.
    • Analysed anti-amyloid therapy persistence and biomarker concordance (blood-based biomarkers, PET, CSF), the basis of a CTAD abstract.
    • Led a retrospective multiple sclerosis study comparing DMT classes on switching, resource use and relapse.
